August 26th 2009 :
On 26th Dutch Court of Utrecht ruled dat BitTorrent platform Mininova acts unlawful. Mininova considers 2 appeal dis judgment.
The court did not agree with Brein on all demands like,
"Mininova does not infringe copyright and neighboring rights. The court also found Mininova can not be expected to remove files that are “reasonably likely” refer to infringing material
